Students share their gifts

stx-sMembers of St. Xavier High School’s Clay Club, above, used newspaper to wrap ceramic bowls they donated to Highlands Community Ministries’ 21st Empty Bowls soup dinner and pottery sale held Oct. 12. Members of the club made 120 bowls for the event. Below, Trinity High School senior Jonathan Endicott looked on as a student threw a softball during the 40th annual Bill Roby Track and Field Games for visually impaired students at the Kentucky School for the Blind. Endicott was among 14 Trinity students who helped facilitate the games Oct. 4. More than 150 blind students from Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana and Ohio took part. (Photos Special to The Record)
