Sacred Heart Academy swimmer Brooke Forde was named a 2016 Dr. Rudy J. Ellis Sports Medicine Center Kentucky Athlete of the Year.
Forde will be honored during the Kentucky Athletic Hall of Fame induction ceremony on June 1 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Louisville.
