Texas bishop to give lecture on human dignity and immigration at Bellarmine

Bellarmine-logo-wBishop Daniel Flores of the Diocese of Brownsville, Texas, will give Bellarmine University’s Vernon Robertson Lecture on “The Politics of Human Dignity: Catholics and Immigration” on March 28 at 7 p.m.

Bishop Flores is co-chair of the Texas-Mexico Border Bishops and former chair of the committee on cultural diversity for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.

The lecture, which is free and open to the public, will be held Bellarmine’s Frazier Hall, located near the Norris Place entrance.
