The Passionist Earth and Spirit Center will host an event with author Barbara Pierce MacDonald on Nov. 15 from 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. in the Meditation Room at the Carmelite Monastery, 1740 Newburg Road.
MacDonald, who retired from the Archdiocese of Louisville as the director of Family Ministries, will read from her new book — “Coming Home to Self: A Journey Into Inner Peace” — and host a discussion.
Parking will be available in the lot between St. Agnes Church and School.
