DivorceCare program to be offered in May

A new DivorceCare program — a seminar and support group — will be offered by parishes in region 7 of the Archdiocese of Louisville.

The 13-session program will begin May 13 and will meet weekly each Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at St. Bernadette Church’s Parish Center, 6500 Saint Bernadette Avenue in Prospect. Each session will address a different topic, including “What’s Happening to Me?” and “Financial Survival.” The program is faith-based and will include informational videos and small-group discussion.

The cost to participate is $15 (scholarships are available) and childcare will be provided if requested.

To register, call St. Bernadette at 425-2210 or one of the other sponsoring parishes: St. Albert the Great, St. Aloysius in Pewee Valley, Ky., Epiphany and Immaculate Conception in La Grange, Ky. Participants are not required to be parish members.
