The Knights of Columbus Assumption Council #4473 hosted the Greater Louisville Retired Nuns’ Appreciation Dinner on June 1 for 41 women religious representing the Dominican Sisters of Peace, Ursuline Sisters of Louisville, Sisters of Mercy and the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth.
The sisters were treated to a luncheon followed by entertainment by “The Rockerettes,” Harold and Louise duet dancers and John and Rosemary duet singers from the “Young at Heart” cast. Each sister also received a gift bag.
