Each Friday during Lent, students from local Catholic schools will lead the “Way of the Cross for Young People” at one of four cemeteries in Louisville. The stations begin at 1 p.m. and cover a distance of 300-400 yards. The prayer walk is based on a service prayed by Pope Francis on Good Friday in 2018. Archbishop Joseph E. Kurtz, along with students from St. Bernard School, led the service Feb. 28 at Calvary Cemetery.

Following is the schedule for the remaining Fridays in Lent:

Stations of the Cross will be canceled if the weather is severe. For more information call the Catholic Cemeteries office at 451-7710.
