Priest keeps vigil at ICE offices

Father James Flynn, a retired priest of the Archdiocese of Louisville who is active in Hispanic and Latino ministry, kept vigil on a rainy Monday, March 27, outside the Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in downtown Louisville. The 87-year-old stands with a green sign — that alludes to Chapter 25 in the Gospel of Matthew — several days each week, saying hello to people who happen by and prayerfully supporting people who have been detained inside.
