Volunteer opportunities available at Catholic Charities of Louisville

Catholic Charities logoCatholic Charities of Louisville is in need of volunteers for a variety of ministries. The next volunteer orientation will take place June 14 at 5:30 p.m. at 2911 S. Fourth Street.

The following ministries are in need of regular volunteers:

Senior Volunteer Driver Program — Volunteers are needed to provide transportation for elderly Jefferson County residents to medical appointments.

Migration and Refugee Services — Volunteers are needed in the MRS donation room to sort and organization donated items at 2220 W. Market St. Monday-Friday during the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Mother-Infant Care Program — Volunteers are needed to babysit during the classes for mothers on Tuesday or Thursday mornings from 10 a.m. to noon at 2911 S. Fourth St.
