Local parishes will host performances of ‘A Christmas Carol’

Charles Dickens’ traditional Christmas play, “A Christmas Carol” will be performed by the Wilderness Trail Players at several churches in the Archdiocese of Louisville in the coming weeks. The theater group will present its first performance at 6 p.m. Dec. 6 at Maryville Elementary. Other show times are:

  • At St. Bartholomew Church, 2042 Buechel Bank Road, at 7 p.m. Dec. 7. A dinner will be held at 6 p.m.
  • On December 8 at 4:30 p.m. at the Kentucky School for the Blind.
  • Dec. 13 at 8 p.m. at St. Thomas More Church, 6105 S. Third St., with a dinner to be held at 6 p.m.
  • Dec. 14 at St. Luke Church, 4211 Jim Hawkins Drive at 7 p.m. with a dinner at 6 p.m.
  • Dec. 15 at St. Luke Church at 3 p.m. with the dinner served at 2 p.m.
