A four-part series of workshops on “Mindfulness and Parenting” will be presented by the Passionist Earth & Spirit Center next month.
The workshop aims to use “the practice of mindfulness to navigate the complex, delightful and sometimes overwhelming responsibilities of parenting,” according to an announcement about the program.
It will be offered May 2, 9, 16 and 23. Individuals or couples may attend one workshop for $20 or $35 respectively. The entire series is $60 for an individual or $110 per couple.
