The 14th annual “Spring Concrete Ball” to support the Day Spring Foundation will be held April 26 at the Galt House Hotel in downtown Louisvillle.
The event will begin with cocktails at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:30 p.m. The evening from 8:30 p.m. to midnight will include dancing and games of chance, including a live auction and a raffle that will provide the winner with a $15,000 cash prize.
Attendees are encouraged to wear their “most fabulous Las Vegas finery,” according to a news release. Tickets are $175.
In addition to traditional “Concrete Ball” activities, this year’s event will include an “After Dinner Vegas Lounge.” With the purchase of a $50 ticket, guests may arrive at 8 p.m. to enjoy live music, spirits sponsored by Brown Forman, and the silent and live auctions.

It provides living quarters — in houses and apartments — for 45 men and women.
