Artists’ conference to be held on Ursuline campus

Artists high school aged and older are invited to attend an artists’ conference entitled “MERCY” on Sept. 20 at Brescia Hall on the Ursuline Sisters’ campus, 3105 Lexington Road. The conference is sponsored by the artists’ group Called to Create.

The participants do not need to be Catholic to attend the conference, which will include Mass celebrated by Legionary of Christ Father John Bullock. Father Bullock will also give a presentation on “Living Life as an Encounter of Mercy.”

The conference will include the sharing and discussion of artwork created by the participants. Their artwork, which represents the theme of mercy, will be exhibited at Holy Spirit Church from the day of the conference through Oct. 18.
